Crashes after live preview

I have the Panasonic camera viewer software for my Mac which was written by this guy which is unstable and has no technical help. The email address they supplied gets you no where. Downloaded this app and it is just like the Mac version crashes after viewing a cam. Seriously this guy owes me my 4.00 bucks for both apps!!
